More About Linkin Park
Tomorrow, Linkin Park will take the stage in Munich to perform at the UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show – the band’s first-ever appearance at the UEFA Champions League. The performance also celebrates the release of From Zero (Deluxe Edition), which recently debuted at number one in Germany, just ahead of the final match between Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
At the same time, From Zero (Deluxe Edition) – an expanded version of the band’s critically acclaimed album – will be released, featuring three brand new songs. Among them is "Up From The Bottom," which is currently topping three Billboard charts: Rock & Alternative Airplay, Alternative Airplay, and Mainstream Rock Airplay.
Linkin Park recently graced the cover of Alternative Press, which wrote: “it’s their unique, dynamic fusion of heavy rock and hip-hop as much as the harrowing, and hopeful, lyricism of Linkin Park that’s held fans captive for decades.” Billboard also highlighted the band in a feature article, stating, “Linkin Park have been on such a roll over the past year.”
From Zero, named "Rock Album of the Year" at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards, has delivered hit after hit since its 2024 release. “The Emptiness Machine” was called “the biggest rock song of 2024” and topped Billboard’s Rock & Alternative Airplay chart for 15 weeks. The album debuted at number one in 14 countries and received praise from outlets like Vulture, The Guardian, Kerrang!, NME, Associated Press, and USA Today.
Billboard also reported that Linkin Park was the only rock band to surpass two billion streams in 2024.
About Linkin Park
Linkin Park emerged as a groundbreaking musical force and is one of the best-selling artists of the past two decades. Their RIAA Diamond-certified debut album Hybrid Theory stands as the best-selling debut of the 21st century, while their trailblazing second album Meteora debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and later went 8x Platinum in the U.S. The band has sold over 100 million albums worldwide and received numerous accolades, including 2 Grammy Awards, 5 American Music Awards, 4 MTV VMA Awards, 10 MTV Europe Music Awards, and 3 World Music Awards.
They’ve sold out arenas across the globe, headlined the world’s biggest festivals, and are the first and only Western rock band to tour five stadiums in China. In 2017, One More Light marked their fifth album to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200. In 2020, they celebrated the 20th anniversary of Hybrid Theory with a comprehensive super deluxe box set, which included their Diamond-certified hit “In The End.” In 2023, they released the Meteora 20th Anniversary Edition, which topped charts and featured the newly rediscovered track “Lost.”
In 2024, the band made a triumphant return with “The Emptiness Machine,” which exploded as “the #1 rock song in the country” and “the biggest rock song of 2024.” It quickly hit #1 on both the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay Chart and Alternative Airplay Chart. In total, the band has earned an incredible 13 #1 placements on the latter chart — the second most in its history — three of which came in just the last 18 months.
Linkin Park released their eighth studio album From Zero on November 15 via Warner Records, once again topping charts worldwide and surpassing one billion streams. The band has always prioritized philanthropy and humanitarian causes, helping raise millions of dollars for natural disaster victims over the years. Today, Linkin Park’s influence on music and culture continues to grow.
