Guests with wheelchairs

For most events, wheelchair spots can be booked on our website and the Stockholm Live app. If unavailable, please contact our ticket provider, AXS, for assistance.

The number and location of wheelchair spots vary depending on the event. Wheelchair users are entitled to bring an accompanying person free of charge, seated nearby or directly behind. Additional accompaniers require special authorization at the entrance.

Guests with reduced mobility

For those with limited mobility, we recommend seating in section A, near rows 11 and 12, to avoid stairs as these rows are at entrance level. Row 13 is one step up, and row 10 is one step down, etc. An exception is at the curve on the north side between sections 220-224, where you access row 20.

Elevators are available to all levels for easy access to seats, and the accessible entrances – C, I, Q, and X – are located in the respective corners of the arena.

Paratransit service

If you arrive by paratransit, convenient drop-off and pick-up are available at entrance C. There is an accessible entrance and elevator to all seating levels, and arena hosts can assist you to your seat.

If you are booking paratransit for your return journey, we recommend allowing approximately half an hour beyond your booking time, as exact end times for matches or concerts are rarely predetermined.

Reduced mobility with own car

If you arrive in your own car and carry a disability permit, you can find designated parking spaces at Globen Shopping and in Arenagaraget under 3Arena, but please remember that these spaces are quickly filled as crowds grow.

Audio description

At concerts, equipment for audio description can be borrowed. However, the promoter determines if audio description will be provided and which audio pick-up system will be used. Specific details about the promoter can be found on the event page.

Strollers

During events at 3Arena, there is an option to park your stroller at designated outdoor locations. Please ask the event hosts, and they will guide you accordingly.

However, please be aware that the stroller parking is unsupervised, so it’s advisable to bring your own stroller lock.

Guide or assistance dogs

Guide or assistance dogs are allowed to accompany their owners to the accessibility seats in each arena. If you wish to book this type of seat, please contact info@stockholmlive.com.
