Queuing
Please note that queuing for the event is permitted from 07:00 on the day of the event. Queuing before this time is not allowed due to safety reasons and to avoid disruption to daily operations in the area. Camping is not permitted. Stockholm Live and the promoter are not responsible for the queue or any queue numbering systems.
Getting here
3Arena is located in Johanneshov in southern Stockholm. The nearest station is Globen, but to avoid congestion, you can also use Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, or Enskede gård. Plan your journey using SL’s trip planner.
Please note that the arena area will be particularly busy, as events are taking place simultaneously at Avicii Arena, Annexet and Hovet.
Construction work in the area makes access difficult, and during events, traffic is heavy and parking is limited. We recommend leaving your car at home and using public transport. If you must drive, use park-and-ride facilities and take public transport for the last part of your journey. Information about park-and-ride locations can be found here.

Practical stuff
For a smooth entry
Bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food and drinks are not permitted inside the arena. There is no cloakroom or luggage storage available at the arena.
A large number of visitors are expected, and due to the high level of security, entry may take some time. Please arrive well in advance to ensure a smooth entry.
Help on site
If you experience any issues during your visit, please visit the information desk between entrances C and D or contact one of our event hosts for assistance. Any complaints must always be raised directly on site. Once the event has taken place, your tickets will be considered accepted by you as a visitor.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for purchase on levels 4 and 6, as well as on the arena floor.
Your tickets
An order confirmation is not sufficient for entry – you must scan the QR code in the app to enter the arena. Before travelling to the arena, please double-check that your ticket is valid for 3Arena (not Avicii Arena) and which entrance you should use. The letter in your section number (A or B) indicates which level you are seated in – not which entrance to use.

To use your app tickets (Mobile ID) from AXS, you need to download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.

Food & drinks
Garden Bar & Restaurant at Avicii Arena
Get ready for the show at Garden Bar & Restaurant! Enjoy everything from juicy burgers to desserts and refreshing drinks. The restaurant is located inside Avicii Arena, with the entrance on Arenaslingan, to the right of SkyView. Open from 15:00 until the show starts. Table reservations are not available.
Food and drinks in 3Arena
Inside the arena, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your hunger and thirst. Choose from pizzas, burgers, kebabs, snacks, sweets and a wide selection of drinks.
Please note that seating in our food and beverage areas is limited.
Level A
Kiosks: 104*, 106, 128, 130* & 137 Bars: 109, 125 & 136*
Start your evening in West Lounge and East Lounge!
If you're seated in Level A, you can get ready for the event in West Lounge or East Lounge. West Lounge is located near sections A101–A105 and East Lounge near sections A130–A134. Both offer a dedicated bar, a comfortable lounge area, food available for purchase and views overlooking the entire arena. Both lounges remain open throughout the concert.
Level B
Kiosks: 302, 303, 306*, 330 & 332 Bars: 309, 324, 335* & 337
Standing area
There is a bar on the arena floor. Alcohol service ends 30 minutes before the concert finishes, while other food and beverage service continues until the end of the concert.
Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available at the kiosks and bars marked with an asterisk (*).
A deal for a more sustainable arena experience
We want to make it easy to be a sustainable arena visitor – that's why we offer reusable cups. Do your part of the deal and return your cup to a designated collection bin before you leave!
